With premium support, our customers will enjoy the benefits of security with the resilience of a Humvee at the acceleration speed of a Tesla. We are passionate about transferring knowledge and providing the opportunity to become Bromium security experts.

There are three benefits associated with Premium Support:

1) Attack analysis reporting

Bromium threat labs offers detailed post-mortem analysis for alerts issued by the Bromium Secure Platform. This is particularly significant in instances of zero-day attacks and unknown targeted threats, where Customers’ SOC teams may require more information to defend the enterprise beyond the endpoint.

2) Product upgrades

Bromium’s new Premium Support Services will offer the latest threat intelligence through its Bromium Customer Portal, as well as providing product upgrade assistance and early access to Bromium software upgrades

3) Dedicated Customer Support Managers (CSM)

Each premium customer is assigned a CSM who is certified with extensive support experience and has direct access to technical experts within Bromium. These CSMs provide priority case handling, as well as producing monthly reports including a summary of security incident information, and conduct site visits twice a year.

In addition to its support services, Bromium will be providing an online self-paced learning, including separate tracks for administrators and incident response teams to tailor the training to specific team needs.
